Oooh, Crappy.
Cold, humid, and I had a cramp, but I’m going to blame it all on the old shoes. ; I knew it was so wet it there, and I didn’t want to get the new shoes all wet and yucky yet. I should have at least worn the insoles - ah, well. We all knew I was a bit of a putz before, and now we’re sure.
After all that - only 2 miles, 10:30 each.
